1. Sleep You need this first and foremost, mainly a good night's sleep (at least 8 hours generally, for normal functioning) "Ye can do nothing without sleep."- myself 2. Food/Water You can't survive without it 3. Exercise/activity Most people have this through a job or work 4. Relaxation It can be in any form, including meditation, reading, praying, etc 5. Entertainment/Fun Can be different for people, including video games, dancing, etc 6. Social interaction Meaning talking with other people 7. Money Not to worship it but to respect it
